We are seeking an experienced **Graphic Designer** with **2+years** of experience for Branding and Advertising Agency based out of Ernakulam -Kerala

Company Overview

Neon tribe is a boutique agency based out of Ernakulam
- Kerala, specializing in 360degree branding requirements including signages, retail branding, visual merchandising, brand activations and promotions, exhibition stalls, corporate events, OOH advertising, customer fabrication & installation, along with digital marketing consultancy services.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw.

2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing.

Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design.

Video production and editing skills and know-how of tools such as video editing tools will be an added advantage.

Location : Ernakulam -Kerala

Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling graphics for various digital and print mediums, including printing, signage, OOH branding ,websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with client’s marketing and creative teams to translate concepts and ideas into visually impactful designs and define design briefs and requirements
- Researching concepts, designs, reference material, and similar work.
- Rendering and presenting design mockups for revision and feedback.
- Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
- Overseeing the printing process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Simultaneously handling multiple projects and clients and effectively manage timelines and high quality deliverables
- Communicating updates, feedback, and issues with the clients, managers, and the creative team.
- Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and printing standards.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)

- Design: 1 year (preferred)
