**Role description**:
**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up, maintain, and upgrade Dynatrace environments and OneAgent installations.
- Develop custom metrics, log events, tagging rules, anomaly detection, and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Automate monitoring tasks using **PowerShell** and **REST APIs**.
- Configure synthetic monitors (HTTP & Browser Clickpath).
- Use **Dynatrace Workflows**, **Notebooks**, **DQL**, and **DPL** for performance analytics.
- Integrate and export logs from **ElasticSearch** and 3rd party platforms using OpenTelemetry.
- Implement and manage monitoring for **Azure Web Apps**, **Functions**, and **AKS** using Dynatrace App.
- Drive automation using Dynatrace’s **Automation Module**, **EdgeConnect**, and **ServiceNow** integrations.
- Enable Real User Monitoring (RUM) for web and mobile apps including session replay.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Extensive hands-on experience with **Dynatrace** platform.
- Scripting proficiency in **PowerShell**.
- Strong knowledge of **DQL/DPL**, **REST API**, and **ElasticSearch**.
- Monitoring configuration for **Azure Cloud Services** and **AKS**.
- Experience with automation workflows within Dynatrace.
- Exposure to OpenTelemetry collectors for logs and metrics export.

**Nice to Have**
- Dynatrace **Associate or Professional Certification**.
- Knowledge of **JavaScript/Python** for extension development.
- Understanding of **Cisco networking**, **VMware**, **F5**, **Pure Storage**, etc.
- Familiarity with **Azure Service Bus**, **Storage**, **CDM**, and **SQL Server** for DB performance monitoring.
