Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively visit the market, identify new dealers, and pitch GrandPitstop products.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with dealers, ensuring ongoing business.
- Present and demonstrate products to dealers, highlighting key features and benefits to generate sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by securing orders from dealers.
- Expand GrandPitstop’s market footprint by acquiring new dealers and driving product visibility.
- Collect and ensure timely payments from dealers, maintaining accurate payment records. o Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure dealer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Report daily sales activities, field progress, and payment statuses to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hardcore field sales, with a minimum of 2 years, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Fluency in the local language, with strong communication skills in English.
- Highly target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to close deals and generate consistent sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field, with a focus on market expansion.
- Strong relationship-building skills with dealers and the ability to maintain business partnerships.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field full-time.
- Understanding of sales processes and dealer management in the automotive industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
