Tandem Extrusion Line Sheathing

To operate the machine and produce the cable as per the production plan with safety, Quality and productivity.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Maintain safety in the work area and identify any near misses.

**Operating the Tandem extrusion line (Sheathing)with different type of material PVC, Nylon, XLPO, EPDM, EVA**

Selection of tooling for different sizes

Setting up of machines and changeover

Ensure effective utilisation of machines and run the machine as per the plan

Ensure all the quality norms are followed.

Production confirmation, consumption posting and credit posting in SAP.

Identify new ideas to improve the Safety, Quality, delivery and Productivity ( Kaizens)

Maintain cleanliness in the shop floor and maintain 5S.

Maintain and update all the production reports.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
+2/ ITI / Diploma with 5 to 10 years’ experience
