**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Use innovative teaching techniques to enhance students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and language learning standards.
- Integrate cultural lessons to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Spanish-speaking countries.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language proficiency.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Encourage active participation and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Organize extracurricular activities, such as language clubs or cultural events, to enhance student engagement.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies and language learning tools.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as required.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, performance, and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, or school administration regarding student progress and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (e.g., DELE, ELE, or equivalent) is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of teaching Spanish at a school, college, or language institute.
- Experience teaching online or hybrid classes is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Spanish (native or near-native fluency).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology, such as language apps or virtual classrooms.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to diverse learning needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
