**Mission**:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Partnership and Event Coordination and Execution specialist to join our Alliances team

As our Co-ordination and Execution specialist, you will be instrumental in implementing our business strategy and vision for the brand alliances team by actively overlooking and executing an event from pre-event collateral coordination to post-event presentation.

This role reports to the Alliances head and works alongside the Alliance and Marketing team to create Pan-India collaborations.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with team to reach alliance and brand goals
- Pre-event marketing collateral coordination and execution with marketing and local team.
- During event co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless execution for our brand and for partner keeping with objectives and deliverables aligned.
- Partnership data collection for further analysis and review during and post-event.
- Ad-hock tasks as needed to supplement the alliance team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure that the marketing is spot on and customer experience is seamless.
- Working hours are 9 to 6 pm at our Malad, Mumbai office and as required by events i.e. travel across for event execution.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate with prior experience in Marketing and Event co-ordination is a must.
- Good and Persuasive written and verbal Communication skills.
- Should be Organized, able to multitask and should possess time management skills.
- Should be proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and Canva
- Knowledge of basic marketing and collateral management is a must-have.
- Comfortable with traveling for events Pan-India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
