**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Pediatric Physiotherapist** with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) specializing in **Pediatrics**. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs for children with a range of developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess physical and developmental challenges in infants, children, and adolescents.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy plans based on assessment findings.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, posture, mobility, and strength.
- Use techniques such as neurodevelopmental therapy (NDT), sensory integration, balance and coordination training, etc.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, special educators, and caregivers.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home-based exercises and care strategies.
- Track and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Provide input on assistive devices and mobility aids when necessary.
