**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board or other).
- Teach various components of English, including literature, grammar, writing skills, and comprehension.
- Incorporate modern pedagogical methods to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- **Lesson Planning and Preparation**:

- Develop detailed lesson plans and teaching materials for effective curriculum delivery.
- Integrate multimedia resources, digital tools, and contemporary texts to enhance learning.
- Plan and execute activities like debates, literary quizzes, and creative writing exercises.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design, administer, and grade assessments such as tests, essays, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
- Maintain records of student progress and prepare detailed academic reports.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and disciplined learning environment that encourages participation and respect.
- Foster a culture of inquiry, creativity, and collaborative learning.
- Address individual learning needs and provide extra support where necessary.
- **Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities**:

- Organize and lead English-related activities, such as drama clubs, poetry recitations, and literary fests.
- Mentor students participating in competitions and cultural programs.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other faculty members to plan interdisciplinary lessons and activities.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' academic performance and behavior.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum planning sessions.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on trends in education and literature.
- Guide students in preparing for competitive exams, public speaking events, or higher education admissions.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
