Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide detailed information about our golden bangles and other jewelry products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Handle sales transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, and assist with stock replenishment.

Process returns and exchanges according to store policies.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or fashion, is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.

Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
