Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Powder Coating Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Experience with surface preparation, curing times, and coating thickness measurement.
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and curing ovens.
- Monitor coating thickness and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- Inspect coated parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
