**Job Title: Python Trainer (In-House)**

**Location**: Aditya Centeegra Office no 7, 3rd floor Near IDBI Bank, Dnyaneshwar Paduka chowk, Fergusson College Rd, Pune, Maharashtra 411005

**Experience Required**: 2-4 years
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled **Python Trainer** with strong expertise in **Python and Data Science** to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering in-house training sessions, developing learning materials, and guiding trainees to enhance their technical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-house training sessions on **Python programming, Data Science, and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, etc.)**:

- Design and deliver practical assignments, projects, and case studies for trainees.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop training materials, modules, and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with project/organizational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant work/training experience in **Python and Data Science**.
- Strong knowledge of **data handling, analysis, visualization, and machine learning concepts**.
- Hands-on experience with popular Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
