Polymer Technologist

**Job Title**:Polymer Technologist (Assistant Manager, Grade)

**Location**:Kolkata (with occasional postings in Titagarh)

**CTC**:As per Industry Standard

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure product standards are met.
- Plan and execute production workflows, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and implement safety operations for a safe and efficient work environment.
- Conduct research and development to enhance product quality and innovate processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education: BE/BTech**:Polymer Science, Polymer Technology, or Chemical Technology
- **Postgraduate**:PG in Polymer Science with a BSc in Chemistry
- **Experience**:2-3 years of relevant experience, specifically in the **rubber industry**.
