**Hiring Executive/Sr Executive - AR Caller**
- Manage A/R, Denials and Rejections accounts by ensuring effective and timely follow-up.
- Understand the client SOP/requirements and specifications of the project.
- Perform pre-call analysis and check status of the insurance claim by calling the payer or utilizing insurance web portal services for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and take appropriate actions towards claim resolution.
- Post adequate documentation on the client software.
- Ensure to meet the productivity goals along with the quality standards.
- Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.

Key Skills Essential
- Fluent in verbal and written communication
- Good typing speed with minimum typing of 20 WPM
- Basic computer knowledge required.

Desired
- Willingness to work in continuous night shift.
- 1-2 years’ experience working as AR Caller.
- Should have exposure in complete medical billing RCM cycle understanding each process.
- Should be a team player and collaborate in solving any issues that might possibly arise in day-to-day deliverables.
- Experience in AdvancedMD, eCW, Dentrix,

Qualification

Graduate/Undergraduate/Postgraduate/Diploma

Good to have:

- located in and around Pondicherry preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Open to Night shifts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puducherry, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
