Job Title - CNC Milling Operator

Salary
- Upto 20k Depending on Skillset

Location
- West Bengal, Kolkata

Basic Qualification required
- Two years of relevant experience in Diploma (Mechanical/ Tool & Die Engineering) or Four years of relevant experience in ITI (Turner/Fitter/Machinist)

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for process planning, tool and cutting parameters selection, programming, setup and operation for machining parts on 3 axis CNC Machine Centre
- Plans machining by studying blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

Skills Required:

- Must have knowledge to operate in “FANUC Series” or “Mazatrol”
- Should be able to study the “2D Engineering Drawings & 3D model
- Must have knowledge in “Manufacturing Process Planning”.
- Little knowledge regarding CNC Milling Programming and Setting.
- Must have knowledge in machine tools
