Qc Chemist

**Responsibilities**:
Perform chemical analyses and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of analytical techniques and equipment.

Ensure compliance with established quality control procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Interpret and analyze test results, identifying any deviations or abnormalities and collaborating with relevant teams to address issues promptly.

Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Document and maintain detailed records of all test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and R&D, to address quality-related concerns and provide technical support.

Participate in the development and validation of new analytical methods.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance laboratory processes and procedures.

Assist in investigations of non-conforming products and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and advancements in analytical techniques.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.

Proven experience as a QC Chemist or in a similar role within a manufacturing or laboratory setting.

Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, including but not limited to HPLC, GC, FTIR, and wet chemistry methods.

Familiarity with cGMP, GLP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
