Tally Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver structured training modules on Tally software tailored to meet the needs of degree students.
- Create engaging lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on activities to enhance student learning and comprehension.
- Conduct training sessions in both classroom and online settings, ensuring effective delivery of content and active participation from students.
- Provide one-on-one assistance and guidance to students as needed, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and offering additional support.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Tally software, integrating relevant information into training materials.
- Collaborate with academic staff and administrators to align training objectives with degree program requirements and curriculum standards.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and evaluations, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
