**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Supervisor who is trustworthy, hardworking, and eager to take

the shop floor, and oversee daily factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day factory activities.
- Coordinate and guide workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene within the premises.
- Track and report daily production/output to management.
- Ensure quality standards are followed.
- Assist in managing raw material and finished goods.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Strong leadership qualities and a trustworthy nature.
- Ability to handle a team and maintain accountability.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to take ownership and responsibility.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
