We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented **Telecallers** to join our team and promote financial products, such as **personal loans, business loans, home loans, and credit cards**. This role involves cold calling, lead generation, client follow-up, and converting potential leads into customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan products
- Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Generate leads through various channels (cold calls, references, databases, etc.)
- Maintain a record of daily calls and conversions
- Coordinate with the back-end processing team for document verification and approval
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or loan/finance consultancy preferred
- Good communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English
- Basic understanding of loan/financial products.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Smartphone/laptop with internet connection
