**Job description**
- To visit market on time and perform sales tasks in assigned territory
- To carry necessary promo materials like posters, pamphlets, route /invoice file Scheme documents, samples etc.
- To ensure orders are taken and collections are made as per the invoices of the route daily
- To handover the collections Cash/Cheque to the TSI daily (End of the day)
- To inform TSI the competitor activity and new product launch in the shops visited, by taking photo of product MRP batch etc.
- To do merchandising in the shops visited, take photos, and send to TSI through WhatsApp
- To indicate the movementof stock to the shop in charge and take orders
- To communicate new Schemes/orders without delayto the shop in charge and take new orders
- Ensure through knowledge of our products and SOPs all the time. Seek training to TSI if any lack is identified by self.
- To completed Daily and weekly target and achieve KRA satisfactorily
- To change over the non-moving products to better area by informing TSI and getting approval
- Identify damaged products arrange for returns and replacement accordingly
- To collect the pending payments before placing new order to shops
- To communicate issues arising with the shops arising immediately to TSI and seek help to solve it immediately
- Identify new shops and analyze their payment pattern /walk-ins and inform TSI for placements
- Send daily sales and collection report to TSI
- To attend weekly review meeting complete Weekly KRA and act on feedback for improvement
- To attend all training programs conducted for self-improvement
- Prepare and submit the MIS Reports to TSI
- Daily Sales / collection report WhatsApp
- Weekly / monthly Sales Vs Actual MIS
- Weekly KRA evaluation
- Weekly Returns/complaints analysis report
- Weekly Store wise shelf occupancy report
- Monthly Scheme/discount performance report
- Weekly/Monthly collection status report

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
