**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design Web Posters: Create eye-catching web posters for promotional campaigns, product launches, and other online marketing initiatives.
- Social Media Creatives: Develop attractive and engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s and clients’ branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our content remains fresh and innovative.
- Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
- File Management: Organize and manage graphic files, ensuring that all assets are properly saved and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Creativity and originality in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of web design and social media trends is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
