**Key Responsibilities**
- **Invoice Preparation**:

- Accurately prepare invoices for customer orders and ensure timely dispatch.
- Verify billing details and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Goods Receipt Note (GRN)**:

- Process and record goods receipt notes (GRN) for incoming stock.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with purchase orders.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory control.
- Conduct regular stock audits to track and resolve variances.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
- **Procurement**:

- Coordinate with vendors to procure medicines, surgical equipment, and other supplies.
- Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
- Track pending purchase orders and follow up for timely deliveries.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with local drug laws and the **Drugs and Cosmetics Act**.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as required by regulatory authorities.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Optimize warehouse workflows to improve turnaround times.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse premises.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to meet organizational goals.
- Train and guide junior warehouse staff as required.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movements, inventory status, and vendor performance.
- Analyze warehouse data to identify and resolve operational challenges.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (D. Pharm/B. Pharm).
- **Registration**: Must be registered with the Gujarat State Pharmacy Council.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in a pharmaceutical warehouse or supply chain role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and storage guidelines.

**Work Conditions**
- Full-time role based in Vadodara.
- Ability to lift and manage pharmaceutical supplies as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
