**Objective**: To create a positive and engaging learning environment for kindergarten students that fosters their social, emotional, and academic development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Classroom Environment**:Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
Arrange and organize materials and resources to support daily activities.

**Behavior Management**:Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Encourage and reinforce positive behaviors among students.

**Instructional Planning**:Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
Integrate creative and hands-on activities to make learning engaging and enjoyable.

**Student Assessment**:Conduct ongoing formative assessments to monitor student progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
Provide constructive feedback to parents on their child's development.

**Individualized Support**:Identify and address individual learning needs through differentiated instruction.
Collaborate with support staff or specialists when required to provide additional assistance.

**Parental Communication**:Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding students' progress, activities, and any concerns.
Organize periodic parent-teacher conferences to discuss each child's development.

**Collaboration with Peers**:Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other kindergarten teachers to share best practices.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative school culture.

**Professional Development**:Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on early childhood education best practices.
Attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

**Salary**: ₹9,045.75 - ₹32,895.50 per month
