**Key Responsibilities**:

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized station.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations, including fuel dispensing, convenience store sales, and car wash services.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

**Financial Management**:

- Monitor sales and revenue figures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prevent and detect fraud and theft.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail or service industry management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of fuel dispensing systems and safety regulations.
- Experience in automobile industry is must
