Key Responsibilities:
Process
- Prepare & Review US tax returns - Individual, Trust & Business tax returns
- Ability to handle High Net worth Clients and complex Business tax returns
- Manage a small team of preparers and reviewers and support the team with all tax technical queries
- Research any tax issues and share the knowledge with the team
- Develop the team member’s technical skills by providing them the required training.
- Work with operation leads for daily allocation of the work
- Assist the Operation Lead with all client related mail communications and instructions
- Assist and work in other tax and financial projects
- Follow the Client procedures diligently
- Complete tasks on time and adhere to the expected quality standards
- Co-ordinate with subordinates, managers to complete the allocated task on daily basis

Reporting
- Keep the Operation Lead informed of status of work in progress at the end of the day
- Ensure adherence to Team Manager’s expectations at work.
- Complete Tasks on time and adhere to the expected quality standards

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- B.Com qualification with an aggregate marks of 60%and above
- M.Com/M.B.A [Finance]/CA Inter will be an added advantage
- 8+ Years’ experience in US Tax return preparation is preferable
- Fluency in English, Good communication skills
- Working knowledge in MS-Excel
