- Job Title: Telecaller
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing and telesales activities to potential clients from the Mumbai, Maharashtra region.
- Engage in cold calling strategies to generate leads and prospects for software and ERP sales.
- Utilize inside sales skills to effectively communicate product benefits and build customer relationships.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered by the company to provide accurate information to prospects.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and optimize calling strategies aimed at achieving sales targets.
- Update and manage CRM systems to keep track of all activities and interactions with prospects and clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the field sales team based on cold calling outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services upon request.
- Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Resolve customer objections and ensure high-quality customer service during all interactions.
- Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related role, preferably in software or ERP sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable phone manner.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language appropriate to working in Mumbai.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently.
- Resourceful and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring precise record-keeping and reporting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and processes.
- Prior experience in inside sales and handling ERP products is highly advantageous.

- Develop new business opportunities through outbound calling efforts to prospective clients.
- Execute a strategic calling plan designed to address client needs and increase company sales.
- Identify customer requirements and pitch tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with decision-makers to facilitate a timely sales process.
- Collect and record customer information in the company's database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to the product development and marketing teams.
- Continuously improve selling skills by attending relevant training and workshops.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the status of targets and achieved sales goals.
