We are looking for a passionate and motivated **Career Counsellor** with experience in study abroad consultancy to guide students in making informed educational and career choices. You will work closely with students and their families, providing information on various study abroad programs, admission processes, and visa requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance to students interested in studying abroad, helping them understand various options based on their goals.
- Assist students in identifying the right universities, courses, and countries that align with their interests and career aspirations.
- Conduct counseling sessions with students and parents to discuss study abroad opportunities and address any concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in international education.
- Manage student files and track progress throughout the admission process.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and seminars related to study abroad opportunities.
- Provide post-admission support, including helping students with pre-departure arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Knowledge of different international universities, programs, and admission processes.
- Ability to guide students through the decision-making process and provide personalized counseling.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
