Designer & Illustrator (Brand, Graphics & Ui)

**Who are we looking for: Designer & Illustrator (Brand, Graphics & UI)**:
**General Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**
- Creating designs for our website & landing pages.
- Creating regular designs for social media channels along with the content team.
- Creating designs for digital advertisements.
- Coordinate schedules and project deliverables with project managers and other team members.
- Maintain graphic resources and information systems.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Have a college degree or equivalent experience in Design (B.F.A., M.F.A., or equivalent), Computer Science, Education or a related field
- A degree in design is good to have though we are not big on degrees
- 2-4 years of experience

**Required Skills (Design)**:

- Excellent design and typography skills.
- Solid knowledge of design systems and templates, grid structures, layout principles, colour theory and information design.
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear and compelling visual solutions
- Demonstrable skills across online designs
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, Canva, Adobe CS
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, energetic, deadline-driven environment
- Working knowledge of Webflow or any website builder, HTML and front-end frameworks is an added advantage

**Required Skills/Experience/Characteristics**:

- Ability to effectively convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial attitude that gets high-quality projects done quickly.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Drive (Docs), Internet Browsing, Social Networks, Web-based tools, etc...
- Strong research and brainstorming skills are required to produce highly creative and unique content
- Must have a natural flair for writing & be able to deliver content that perfectly works for the Web
- Write exceptional content, original, grammatical-error-free, technically/conceptually authentic
- A strong presence on social media and Experience with social media properties
- Base-level understanding of search engine optimization and keyword usage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

**Key Competencies**:

- Good written and oral communication proficiency in English
- Should be conversant in your regional language and Hindi would be added advantage

**Interview process**:
We don't have a complicated multi-level process like corporates. But we do have 2-3 rounds to filter good talent. 1-2 rounds of online interviews, and one round of In-person interviews. Also, there will be a small writing exercise/assignment component as part of the interview process.
