Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**:Greeting customers, actively listening to their concerns about their vehicles, and gathering necessary information.
- **Diagnosis and Recommendations**:Working with technicians to understand the nature of the vehicle's problem, explaining the recommended repairs to the customer, and providing options.
- **Estimates and Scheduling**:Generating accurate cost estimates for parts and labor, scheduling service appointments, and communicating timelines to customers.
- **Order Management**:Creating repair orders, submitting them to the service department, and potentially ordering necessary parts.
- **Communication and Explanation**:Clearly explaining the nature of the repairs, the associated costs, and any warranty information to the customer.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided, addressing any concerns or complaints, and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Upselling (in some cases)**:Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services or products that may benefit the customer and their vehicle, contributing to the shop's revenue.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and other relevant documentation

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
