We are seeking a skilled **Digital Marketing Executive** to lead our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across digital channels to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and support revenue growth through organic growth strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies to engage consumers.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
- **Organic Growth**: Focus on building organic growth strategies, including SEO and content-driven engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement SEO tactics such as keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content creation to boost organic traffic.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate on content marketing and website updates to enhance user experience and engagement.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and optimize marketing efforts using web analytics tools.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and recommend adjustments to strategies.
- **Vendor Management**: Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- **Creative Abilities**: Strong content writing skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
