**Job description**:

- Should be well versed with DCPR 2034 and unified DCPR 2034 scheme.
- Manage broad aspects of the redevelopment process for Project
- Should be able to identify and pitch societies for redevelopment
- Due-Diligence of Projects Acquisitions
- Should be able to do the calculation for Costings in redevelopment (MCGM & other costs etc.) or work with an architect for the same.
- Coordinate with Legal team for issues such as Purchase & Development Agreements, Alternative Accommodation Agreements, and Legal Resolution of Disputes
- Should be able to conduct meetings with societies.
- Taking care of Land acquisition, planning, approvals, project due diligence and scheduling, client management, project budgeting/underwriting and project reporting.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be organized and meticulous with a proactive and collaborative approach to completing projects and meeting deadlines
