**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Procurement Executive** to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement processes for our B S Halli facility. The role involves ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining quality standards, and timely delivery of materials to support smooth operations in both production and R&D activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the stores, production, and quality teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders and track delivery status.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and reports.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock situations.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of taxation, purchase terms, and commercial clauses.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com/BBA/B.E./B.Tech).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchase functions in a manufacturing setup.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
