**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a residential school environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline with a friendly and caring attitude.
- Willingness to reside within the school campus full-time.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of hostel operations.
- Foster a homely, disciplined, and nurturing environment for students.
- Monitor students' daily routines and address their emotional, academic, and personal needs.
- Coordinate with the academic and medical teams for overall student development and well-being.
- Handle emergencies and maintain effective communication with parents.

**Salary & Benefits**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
