**What this job involves**:
Role Purpose
Overall responsibility and accountability for the development and institutionalization of the Business Assurance program in the account. Guarantees the continual compliance to JLL policies & procedures. Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing Business Assurance Framework so as to improvise processes for IFM Operations & minimise risks. Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders. Responsible for all areas of the Business Assurance for the geography assigned. Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators for the program.

**Min Qualification**:
B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Min 6+ years of Exp with MBA preferable
Certifications like Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt / IGBC / BEE is preferable
Experience
Practical & theoretical knowledge on 5S, TPM, Lean Six sigma DMAIC methodologies, operational & business excellence model, IMS including QMS, EMS, EnMS, OHSAS etc.
Lead the implementation and maintenance practices of QMS standards like ISO 9001:2015,EMS,EnMS,OHSAS etc.
Expertise in TPM Implementation for developing strategies by KPI formation & linking with all 8 TPM pillars.
Responsible to develop and customize the pillar wise audit sheets, TPM annual business plan.
Responsible for review, monitoring of operational & overhead budget of operations & maintenance.
Responsible for process improvements by audits (SOP, SMP, WI, audit etc.).
Directed end-to-end Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable financial impact.
Implemented policy management and KPI monitoring systems, aligning departmental goals with organizational strategy.
Responsible for executing timely CAPA engineering tasks, analyse data sources, and contribute to FMEA/RCA for effective quality problem-solving.
Responsible for Energy mapping / conservation activities.
Ability to communicate, effectively interface and influence multiple levels of executives and a broad range of internal and external customers

Development & Implementation of Business Assurance Framework
Overall responsibility for Business Assurance activities for the assigned geography for IFM business.
Implement & improvise policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
Evaluate the risks faced by the business and take action to mitigate and develop opportunities.
Contribute to overall business strategy for Risk Management and Business Assurance

**Responsibilities**:
The role will require
Creating a annual review plan for the business in the geography in concurrence with the leadership of the geography.
Conducting On site Business Assurance reviews in line with the framework & the laid down policies & procedures.
Study the contracts & identify if there are any risks that need to flag in the contracts and contractual delivery
Interaction with the site teams, cross functional SMEs relevant for the sites & discuss the audit findings.
Create review reports & discuss the findings with the site teams & arrive at the actions required for close the points.
Create dashboards for the leadership & discuss the findings with the leadership of the geography monthly.
Implement new risk control processes and systems where appropriate
Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business ensuring that risks are prevented and that customer requirements are met without any problems resolved effectively and economically
Ensure that corrective actions are delivered and non-compliance issues are resolved on time
Liaise with the account management enablement teams in each region to ensure any account assurance programme actions are recorded, and tracked through to resolution and coaching and guidance is provided as and when required. Work with account management enablement and SMEs to create improvement plans and close out audit findings
Track any policy changes within JLL and log any revisions to the existing operating processes and ensure any changes/revisions are communicated.
