**Photographer/Editor**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Photography**:

- Plan and execute photoshoots in various settings, ensuring the effective use of lighting, composition, and framing.
- Capture high-quality images that align with the brand's visual style and messaging.
- Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their photography needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into photography projects.

**2. Editing**:

- Edit and retouch photographs to enhance image quality and achieve a consistent look and feel.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited images, meeting project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Keep abreast of advancements in editing software and techniques.

**3. Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and organize photography equipment, ensuring everything is in proper working order.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during photoshoots and collaborate with the team to find solutions.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members, including graphic designers, marketing professionals, and content creators, to achieve cohesive visual storytelling.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve the quality of work.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Photographer/Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.

2. Proficient in photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and equipment operation.

3. Advanced skills in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

4. Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

8. Knowledge of current trends in photography and editing.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in photography and editing.
