**Job Title**: Business Development Manager - Client Calling & Conversion (Vitality Programs)

Location: Villupuram

Reports to: Senior Business Development Lead / Sales Head

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the benefits of our Vitality Programs**
- **Understand client needs and recommend suitable program solutions**
- **Effectively communicate program details, pricing, offers, and benefits**
- **Handle client queries and objections confidently**
- **Drive lead conversion and meet monthly sales targets**
- **Track and update client interactions in the CRM system**
- **Train and mentor junior BD team members as required**
- **Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve campaigns and scripts**

Required Qualifications:

- **Bachelor’s degree in any field (sales, marketing, or healthcare background preferred)**
- **Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, telecalling, or client servicing roles**
- **Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil (spoken and written)**
- **Skills: Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities; excellent telephone communication and relationship-building skills; confidence in handling sales targets and performance metrics; basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)**

**Preferred Attributes**:

- **Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or insurance sales**
- **Passion for preventive healthcare and client well-being**
- **Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
