**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and skill-building initiatives.
- Develop and regularly update curriculum, assignments, and assessments in line with academic standards.
- Contribute to academic research, publications, and faculty development programs.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and institutional activities to enhance student learning.
- Support department operations and initiatives aimed at quality enhancement and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- **M.Com** or equivalent Master’s degree in Commerce - _Mandatory_
- **B.Com** or equivalent Bachelor’s degree - _Mandatory_
- **NET / SLET / KSET** in Commerce - _Preferred_
- Minimum of **3 years** of teaching and/or research experience in higher education

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong conceptual understanding of finance, accounting, taxation, and business law.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and engage students effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Research-oriented mindset with interest in academic contributions.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, ERP tools) is desirable.
- Team player with a commitment to academic excellence and institutional growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
