Monitra Healthcare Private Limited is seeking professional, trustworthy and helpful delivery executives to support our customers. As a delivery executive, this person will visit our customers at their home to provide heart monitoring services.

**Objectives of this role**
- Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty by visiting customers in a timely, cordial manner
- Ensure home monitoring is started accurately
- Communicate any issues or delays to the manager and resolve problems efficiently
- Represent the company with excellence and professionalism by driving safely, exercising good judgment, and treating customers with respect

**Responsibilities**
- Visit multiple customers at their preferred location to start home monitoring services
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain to them about device usage
- Picking up upBeat kit after the monitoring period ends
- Visiting customers at their preferred location for troubleshooting technical challenges faced during the home monitoring period
- Assist users when they call for any technical issues. Escalate these issues to the internal Customer Service team
- Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions
- Navigate local streets and highways efficiently using GPS

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication and conflict resolution
- Fast learner with excellent communication skills
- Prompt customer service and response to users
- Ability to work under pressure
- Punctual
- Caring and compassionate towards users
- Good technical skills in operating phones, APP and related settings on phones

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Previous customer service experience in any industry
- Proven track record of succeeding in time-sensitive situations
- Experience in reliably handling cash
- Familiarity with the local area, including streets, highways, and buildings

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
