EHS Executive

Purpose of Job: To Ensure the safety of all employees, workplace and society **Responsibilities**: - 1. Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines. 2. Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety 3. Implements and maintains required EHS operational processes to ensure company and employee awareness, comprehension and adherence to approved environmental, health and safety practices. 4. Conducts oversight EHS inspections / audits of operations and subcontractors to ensure compliance to contract performance requirements and applicable EHS laws, regulations and standards. 5. Implements hazardous and environmental waste management programs to ensure compliance with environmental applicable laws, regulations and standards. Modifies applicable SOPs and processes as required. 6. Provides guidance and direction to achieve compliance with all applicable health and safety standards and requirements. 7. Provides leadership training and knowledge transfer to staff members and teams as necessary. 8. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions. 9. Participate in the investigation of incidents, near misses and property damage incidents. Ensure follow-up is done to minimize future exposure and proper records/documents are maintained. 10. Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or prevention measures. 11. Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics. 12. Maintain compliance with permits, government regulations and other industry practices. 13. Ensures expedient injury and incident trend and causal analysis and reporting to Leadership,including recommendations to address identified issues. 14. Perform other qualified duties as assigned. - Objectives: Minimizing business risk through the identification and elimination/minimization of environmental, health and safety risks Educational level: ▪ B.Sc. and A.D.I.S. Or D.F.S.E., A.D.I.S. & S.M. Experience: ▪ Apprx 7-10 Years (Specially in Chemical And Pharma Industries, Handling Hazardous Operations) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
