Caretaker

**Responsibilities: -**

1. Ensure the villa is clean, organized, and well-maintained always.

2. Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed, including but not limited to landscaping, plumbing, and electrical work.

3. Coordinate and supervise any necessary repairs with outside vendors and contractors.

4. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

5. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

6. Perform housekeeping duties as needed, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

7. Assist with check-ins and check-outs, including welcoming guests and providing a tour of the property.

8. Monitor and maintain the security of the villa and its surroundings.

**Qualifications / Experience / Skills**:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field

2. Demonstrated experience in preparing and cooking delicious meals for guests.

3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

7. Experience with basic plumbing, electrical work, landscaping housekeeping and basic cooking preferred.

8. Housekeeping background from a Luxury Hotel
