- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, addressing them appropriately.
- Handle objections and concerns raised by customers with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide solutions and information to customer doubts.
- Close sales deals and secure customer commitments.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
