Female Gymnastics Trainer

**About Us**

We are a growing gymnastics academy dedicated to nurturing young talent through safe, structured, and engaging training programs. Our mission is to help children develop strength, flexibility, discipline, and confidence through world-class gymnastics training in a fun and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct gymnastics training sessions for children (toddlers to teens).
- Teach basic to advanced gymnastics skills (floor, balance, flexibility, strength, coordination).
- Develop lesson plans tailored to age and skill levels.
- Ensure safety protocols and supervision at all times.
- Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress.
- Assist in events, competitions, and workshops organized by the academy.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in gymnastics training (preferred but not mandatory).
- Sports background is preferred
- Passion for working with children and ability to handle groups.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in gymnastics/fitness (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
