**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper backup of systems and data, and assist in disaster recovery processes as needed.
- Input, update, and maintain data in computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Prepare and print reports, files, and other documents as required.
- Maintain records of system issues and operations, including logs of issues encountered and resolved.
- Monitor system performance and alert the IT team or relevant department about issues or inefficiencies.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software.
- Adhere to company policies regarding system use and data security.
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff or departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- years of experience in a computer operation or IT support role.
- Basic knowledge of data processing and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and assisting others with technical issues.
- Experience with backup systems and data recovery is a plus.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Familiarity with network administration and system monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of software installation, upgrades, and system configuration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot critical issues in a timely manner.
- Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,718.57 - ₹22,740.87 per month
