Qualification:

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

- 10-17 Years

1.Must have experience in commercial ,building ,industrial, residential projects and must be able to understand contract conditions, BOQ and other contract related documents.

2. Should have experience in Government Projects

3. Should be able to prepare and track Monthly planning, Daily Progress Report and other site planning to execute the work.

4. Should be able to maintain day to day activities with cordination of site staff, contractors, Client's etc.

5. Should be able to understand calculate the material according to planning and coordinate with purchase/Store Department.

6. Easily understand GFC drawings and coordinate with Client/ Consultant for discrepancies (If any).

7. Should be able to do correspondence with Client/Consultant/Contractors.

8. Ensure proper utilization of resources available at site.

9. Must be able to handle site independently

**Salary**: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
