Job Title: Marketing Executive

Reports to: Marketing Manager/Director

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, communication, and data analysis to promote our clothing brand and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
2. Manage and optimize social media presence, content, and advertising.

3. Conduct market research and analyze competitors' digital marketing strategies.

Communication:
1. Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) for marketing campaigns.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders.

Data Analysis:
1. Maintain and analyze Excel spreadsheets to track marketing performance and ROI.

2. Use data insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.

3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Requirements**:
Essential Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing execution, or related role.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.

Desirable Skills:
2. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

3. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
