IT Trainee

**Description**:
The IT Trainee’s role is to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all County hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.

Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.

Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support to the company in house users

Education : Any degree/Diploma/Equivalent

Experience : 1-2 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
