- **Instrument Handling**: Assemble and disassemble surgical instruments, checking for functionality and cleanliness. Inspect instruments for any damage or defects and ensure they are in good working order.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an accurate inventory of sterile supplies and instruments. Manage stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage of sterile items.
- **Infection Control**: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to prevent contamination. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the CSSD workspace.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness of sterilization processes. Conduct regular testing and maintenance of sterilization equipment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, instrument usage, and inventory management. Generate reports as required.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with surgical teams, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the timely availability of sterile instruments and equipment.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 per month
