Job Title: Media Journalist

**Key Responsibilities**:
Research and Investigation:
Conduct thorough research to gather accurate information on assigned topics.

Stay updated on current events and trends relevant to the Travel beat or focus area.

**Writing and Reporting**:
Write clear, concise, and compelling news stories for various media formats.

**Field Reporting**:
Report live from the scene of events, providing up-to-date information.

Conduct on-camera interviews.

Travel to various locations to cover news stories as needed.

**Editing and Proofreading**:
Edit and proofread articles, scripts, and other content for accuracy, clarity, and style.

Ensure all content meets the editorial standards and guidelines of the publication or network.

**Multimedia Integration**:
Utilize multimedia tools to enhance storytelling, including video, audio, and photography.

Work with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.

**Social Media Engagement**:
Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience through posts and interactions.

Share breaking news and updates across social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.

**Ethical Reporting**:
Adhere to journalistic ethics and standards, ensuring all reporting is fair, balanced, and unbiased.

Verify the accuracy of information before publication or broadcast.

**Collaboration and Networking**:
Collaborate with editors, producers, and other journalists to develop story ideas and content.

Build and maintain a network of contacts and sources to gather exclusive information and insights.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Journalism: 1 year (preferred)
