**About the team**
This role is a part of our Professional Services team to work on Payments projects as Performance Tester.

**What you will be doing**
- Reviewing and analysis of Non-Functional requirements and specifications.
- Creating test plans, as well as identifying and mitigating risks associated with those plans.
- Full traceability of test plans against Non-Functional Requirements document.
- Creating test cases, with associated peer reviews and then oversee their execution.
- Integration with defect reporting and results presentation tools.
- Note defects or trends and the possible causes.
- Reporting to Program Test Manager.

**What you bring**
- Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used across full suite of Performance/Non-Functional testing (performance, usability, scalability, stability, resilience, disaster recovery, etc).
- Knowledge of defect management tools.
- Knowledge and Experience of automated test tools.
- Maintaining robust and cohesive automated suites of tests across different types of environments
- Ability to collaborate with delivery teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
