**Civil Supervisor Job Description**

**Project Management**:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, budgeting, and supervision of civil construction projects from start to finish.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and working timetables.
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals.
- Gather and submit reports on work progress and budget matters to clients.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise and work closely with various trade workers, including stonemasons, electricians, and carpenters.
- Collaborate with architects and civil engineers to ensure projects meet design specifications.
- Depending on the project type, interact with lawyers and local government officials (e.g., overseeing city-owned property or municipal buildings).
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Maintain safety and legality throughout the construction project.
- Ensure that all work adheres to governmental regulations, environmental standards, and local codes.
- **Cost Estimation and Planning**:

- Utilize specialized cost-estimating and planning software to allocate resources effectively.
- Analyze how money and time are allocated to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- **Skills and Qualities**:

- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent organization and planning abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good English communication is must.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Well-developed financial management and budgeting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
