SAP Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Check and verify customer order and in customer PO like, product, price, quantity
- Booking sales orders, orders amendment order cancellations and purchase orders in SAP
- Check availability with the Production and Planning team and inform customers of the delivery status of the material.
- Tracking Backorders and initiating PO amendments

Check customer pending dues and inform the customer to clear the overdue.
- Create delivery orders and inform logistics to execute & dispatch the material.
- In case of a delay in delivery, coordinate with the logistics team and keep the customer informed on the status of material dispatched.
- Ensure compliance and adherence of all supply chain processes and procedure in area of responsibility.
- Preparing and sharing the daily MIS reports for service levels and stock details
- Maintaining the system (SAP) hygiene Via Monitoring and clearing various transactions in SAP
- Making all kinds of MIS reports related to business
- Validating the claims of Credit note and Debit note for customer prior to approval from senior person.
- Analysis the daily invoice and stock report and share with team for their reference.
- Coordinating with Sales Executive & Distributor for the smooth supply of material.
- Generating the Sales Order, Delivery Notes & Invoicing in SAP as per the requirement

**Salary**: ₹12,144.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
